This is our first milestone on how Angel Faith Foundation was started. We started at 44 Happy Kits and we will continue to create more along our journey.

Thanks to Eagle Creek Church in Lee's Summit Missouri. They donated all supplies for the 56 Happy Kits that were created.

Thankful for our business partner Hitides Coffee in KC for hosting our 2022 car show, fundraising enough donations for 60 Thanksgiving Kits.

We are extremely grateful for Blue Rain Roofing and the Lopez family! We attended their annual Christmas Party to raise money for more Happy Kits. While collecting clothing, food, and toy donations. CMH received all brand new coats, gloves, hats, and of course the toys!

After our successful 2025 October Halloween party. We managed to create 80 Mental Health Kits! Plus donated 30 stuffed animals in time for the holidays. We greatly appreciate everyone who donated towards these kits!

I have found that among its other benefits, giving liberates the soul of the giver.

    2022 Dream Big Day-

    It was a pleasure meeting with the Philanthropy and Volunteer department in person. I'm excited to start my journey with the Philanthropy department to see what opportunities come our way!

    I dream big with the foundation and I hope the kids make their dreams come true as well!

    I loved meeting my favorite superheroes as well!

    For the month of December, we decided to buy some very last minute toys for the kids to enjoy!

    We bought breakfast to show appreciation towards our volunteers.

    Volunteers Melissa McGee (right) and her daughter Hadley McGee (left) visited to enjoy some breakfast and helped write greeting cards for the kids.

    We welcomed the other volunteers in the other groups to help themselves towards the food and drinks provided.

      Introduction

      Purpose-

      The second goal of this blog is to raise awareness for children in hospitals receiving specialized treatment , for example, Children's Mercy Hospital. I've been in contact with the Children's Mercy volunteer coordinator consistently, and we have discussed several ways on how to give back to the hospital and the kids. I'll explain different ways we can help one hospital at a time, starting with Children's Mercy!

      Children's Mercy Charity Event-

      This amazing hospital has created multiple volunteer opportunities like "Happy Kits" for example. Happy Kits are bags of supplies like coloring books, colored pencils, stickers, crayons, books, hot wheel cars and more! I have a group of volunteers willing to spend their time creating the kits for the kids.  Happy Kits= Happy Kids! My goal is to do this charity event as long as I can keep up with it. LOL! Anything you donate, will be forever appreciated and the kids will remember those precious moments. When they retrieve their kit, the kids will know we have a loving community giving back to great causes. Hopefully that can influence them to give back as well!
